Sarah Copeland

Sarah Copeland is a Recipe Developer in the Food Network Kitchens and the spokesperson for the Good Food Gardens. Sarah has been volunteering with Share Our Strength since 2003 where she teaches families everything from where carrots come from, to how to turn them into an irresistible treat. She believes a donut peach is better than a donut anyday, but is happy to share how even ice cream, in moderation, fits into the Good Food plan. Sarah grows strawberries, squash, and cucumbers in a garden she shares with her neighbors in New York City and wants to get you gardening too! Her mission in life: to teach families that with the right ingredients and a little creativity, every day can be nutritious, and delicious.
