- 1 ½ Lbs. Argentine Red shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ½ teaspoons Mild Curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoons quality smoke paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, divided
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 Cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 2-3 mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1. The first thing you will need to do is prepare the cucumber salad. You may peel the cucumbers if you prefer, then slice them in half. Remove the cucumber seeds, depending on the type of cucumber you are using and dice the remaining cucumber into bite sized chunks.
